- A valid passport and a completed application from the Ministry of Manpower and Training at the Tahrir complex
- 7 passport-size photographs
- Two copies of the employee’s tax ID card and two copies of the company’s incorporation contract
- Two copies of the person’s academic credentials and degrees
- If relevant, a copy of your company’s commercial registration License to practice your profession
- A letter defending your decision to hire a foreigner
- Approval by the appropriate authority
- Proof that a firm representative applied for the work permit on the employee’s behalf.
- An HIV test that comes out negative
